Registration information

 

Since the release of version 1.1 on June 2002, Addition has become a shareware application (see license).

From that moment, users are able to download and try Addition for 30 days, after which it works only in limited mode (see trial version limitations).

Users can purchase a registration code to enable them to use the full version of the spreadsheet.

The registration code is based on a device id, generated on the Palm and it depends on your hotsync user name. This means that if you buy another Palm and want to tranfer Addition from your old Palm to the new, you should be able to do so, with the same registration code, as long as you hotsync with the same "user profile" on the desktop pc.

 

Device IDs and registration codes are the same for versions 1.1 and 1.2. This means that version 1.2 is free for registered users of version 1.1.
